My brother, Kristóf, is the founder and award-winning lead baker at Kópic, easily one of the top artisan bakeries in Hungary. His sourdough bread, made from carefully sourced, ancient local crops, has earned him a loyal customer base, seeking his stand every Wednesday and Saturday early morning in the market in Szentendre.
